Why did Agile Business Consortium pay for virtual trainers to get this credential?
The Agile Business Consortium believes in supporting its members, especially in times of need.
The investment will help the best agile trainers to win more business and help organizations to transform successfully.
Can any agile virtual trainer apply?
You must be a certified trainer of Agile Business Consortium courses to apply. Qualifying courses include AgilePM®, AgileBA®, AgilePgM®, Scrum Master and AgileDS™.
Is it really free?
Yes, it is really is free. One virtual trainer per training organization can be evaluated and if successful can claim the Trusted Virtual Trainer digital credential.
It is free because the Agile Business Consortium wants to support the growth of their trainer community, and as such has fully funded your virtual training evaluation and Trusted Virtual Trainer credential for 12 months. This is a value of $995.00 per trainer.
Note: Additional Course Conductor services and assets such as the Virtual Trainer Evaluation Report, Digital Trusted Virtual Trainer Certificate, Dedicated Blog Post and YouTube Interview can be purchased at preferential rates as part of the Virtual Boost Program.
How are you selecting the 50 trainers to be evaluated?
Any Agile Business Consortium trainer can register. APMG International has invited 50 Accredited Training Organisations (ATOs) to apply for funding. These organizations were selected because firstly they demonstrated excellence to supporting customer training requirements throughout the COVID-19 pandemic by using innovative approaches to teaching and invigilating online; and secondly made a significant contribution to growing the Agile Business Consortium certifications in 2019.

What if APMG International didn't invite me?
APMG International has invited 50 Accredited Training Organisations (ATOs) to apply for funding. Those ATOs have until the end of August to apply.
If by the end of August less than 50 have applied, the remaining evaluations will be allocated to other ATOs and trainers. Those trainers will be prioritized based on the time they applied.
So, if you are an ATO or Trainer that did not get an invitation from APMG International, you should still apply now as this will reserve your position should there be spots available at the end of August.

Does the virtual training have to be in English?
No, the vritual training course or the recorded virtual training courses can be in any local language.
Do I need a special voucher to apply?
APMG International has given a voucher code to 50 Accredited Training Organisations (ATOs). Holders of the voucher code will be prioritized until August 28th, 2020. After this date, the remaining balance of Trusted Virtual Trainer evaluations will be allocated to trainers based on the timestamp of their application.

What are the 5 steps to getting the Trusted Virtual Trainer credential?
1. Register & Welcome: Complete Registration & book an initial 15 minutes welcome zoom with a Course Conductor Virtual Training Assessor.
2. Evaluate Virtual Training: Course Conductor either attends your virtual training course for a minimum of 3hrs, or you send Course Conductor a recording of your virtual training (a minimum of 3hrs of content)..
3. Verified Customer Feedback: Invite at least 2 of your clients to provide a reference (via Course Conductor’s portal), and send your learner evaluations to Course Conductor.
4. Evaluation Report: Course Conductor evaluates and scores all the data and invites you to talk through the Evaluation Report during a 20-minute zoom session.
5. Award Trusted Virtual Trainer Credential: Successful virtual trainers are sent a link to claim their Trusted Virtual Trainer digital credential which is issued via Acclaim.
How do you collect client references?
We provide you with a client reference link. It is a short survey that will take your clients about 4 minutes to complete. On average most virtual trainers have 3 client references. The more references you have the higher you will score in the overall evaluation.
How can we get more than one trainer verified with the Trusted Virtual Trainer credential?
The Agile Business Consortium has funded the credential of one trainer per training provider. If you would like to purchase additional credentials for your trainers, book a conversation with us and we’ll explain the preferential rates for you. Click here to book a conversation.
What happens if I don't pass the evaluation?
We provide detailed feedback to all virtual trainers about their evaluation. If you do not pass the evaluation we will discuss the areas that need enhancement.
Can I re-sit the Trusted Virtual Trainer evaluation if I don't pass.
Yes you can. However, the second evaluation will not be funded by the Agile Business Consortium. Course Conductor will provide you with a preferential rate if a second evaluation is required.
Can you evaluate me for a course that is not an Agile Business Consortium course?
In order to achieve the co-branded Course Conductor and Agile Business Consortium digital credential, we must evaluate virtual trainers delivering one of these courses: AgilePM®, AgileBA®, AgilePgM®, Scrum Master and AgileDS™. Trainers that are interested in the standard Trusted Virtual Trainer digital credential can be evaluated on any course.
How long is the Trusted Virtual Trainer digital credential valid for?
Your Trusted Virtual Trainer digital credential is valid for 12 months. At that point to you must be re-evaluated and pay the renewal fee to maintain the credential.
How do trainers know they are being scored fairly?
Course Conductor has spent the past 5 years evaluating courses, training vendors, and professional trainers. Our scoring methodology has been approved by 14 independent experts and we ensure every trainer is scored in exactly the same way regardless of their specialism.

What criteria are you using to score virtual trainers.
The Course Conductor Trusted Training Radar scoring methodology is used to ensure all trainers are scored consistently.
The scoring methodology includes 71 individually weighted metrics within 8 virtual training domains.
The domains include Course Effectiveness, Outcome-Based, Learner-Centric, Instructional Strategies, Interactive Facilitation, Technical Mastery, Industry Expertise, and Quality Assurance. To learn more visit the scoring methodology information page.
What is the Virtual Trainer Evaluation Report?
The Virtual Trainer Evaluation Report increases buyer trust by independently evidencing the excellence of successful Trusted Virtual Trainers. Each individual report is customized for each virtual trainer based on the scores attained during the Trusted Virtual Trainer Evaluation Process.
The Virtual Trainer Evaluation Report is an optional premium product that is available to successful Trusted Virtual Trainers at a preferential price as part of the Virtual Boost Program. The Virtual Trainer Evaluation Report will be offered to successful Trusted Virtual Trainers during the evaluation debrief meeting.
