A Priceless Credential That Money Can’t Buy.
Earners of the Trusted Trainer credential have been independently evaluated by a Course Conductor Training Assessor. They have demonstrated that they provide interactive, effective training focused on the learner experience and achieving targeted learning outcomes. They create a safe learning environment, respond to learner needs, impact learner behavior, and use technology to enhance and seamlessly deliver the course in a collaborative, inclusive and adaptive manner.
Upon successful verification, every Trusted Trainer receives two ‘Trust Tokens’ that they can pass onto a trainer they trust. A Trust Token is required to apply for the Trusted Trainer accreditation (9-digit code) .

How To Earn The Trusted Trainer Digital Credential.
All Trusted Trainer candidates require a Trust Token to apply for the membership. Trust Tokens are only available from existing Trusted Trainers.
Following successful application, Course Conductor will interview the trainer, collect client references (via the Course Conductor portal), and verified customer feedback. The data points from this information are aggregated to produce an overall trustworhiness score. If the scores exceeds the pass mark the Trainer will be verified as a Trusted Trainer.
Nominated
Prospective Trusted Trainers must be nominated by an existing Trusted Trainer to qualify for evaluation.
Evaluate
Our independent evaluation can includes an assessment of verified customer feedback, course evaluations, client interviews and references.
Award
Successful Trusted Trainers will receive their Course Conductor digital credential from Acclaim and Course Conductor digital certificate.
