We apply a unique algorithm to this data to calculate the Confidence To Deliver Training Outcomes and Learner Satisfaction scores.

Our Trusted Virtual Training Radar scoring methodology is based on verified evidence that Course Conductor collects. 

How We Collect Evidence.

Virtual Training Assessment:  A Licensed Course Conductor Trusted Virtual Assessor attends live virtual course(s), or observes recordings of live virtual courses, for a minimum of three hours.

Virtual Trainer Interview:  A Licensed Course Conductor Trusted Virtual Assessor interviews the virtual trainer.

Client References: Corporate clients complete the Course Conductor online reference survey.

Customer Reviews: Scores of customer reviews gather directly from the Course Conductor and / or other independent customer review platforms.

Learner Feedback: Scores of learner feedback gathered from course evaluations.

Recency:  A measure of recency is attributed to data for references, course evaluations, and customer feedback data. The older the data the less valuable it is.

Recency: A measure of recency is attributed to data for training, and customer feedback data. The older the data the less valuable it is.

Magnitude: The magnitude of the contract including value and quantity of Learners trained.

Contribution: Contribution to the industry based on quality and frequency of white papers, informative blogs and social media engagement.

Learner Reviews :  Learner reviews and ratings about personal course experiences including content, skill enhancement and impact on job performance,

Trainer:  Scores relating to the skills, experience and effectiveness of the trainer.

Net Promotor Score:Overall Net Promotor Score® measured by the organization that purchased training.

Recency: Assessment of the date of the training experience and the date of the learner.

Magnitude: Quantity of Learner reviews. 

Sentiment Analysis:  Positive sentiment analysis measuring use of key words.

All training vendors are scored using the consistent Trusted Training Radar scoring methodology.  Scores are influenced by the data Course Conductor independently collects from training evaluations, client interviews, client references, course evaluations, and verified customer reviews.
