I’m An Offical Trusted Virtual Trainer

On top of all this, Erika recently passed her evaluation for Course Conductor’s Trusted Virtual Trainer digital credential. 

We attended Erika’s virtual ITIL training course as part of the evaluation.  Some would say that IT service management can be a dry subject, but Erika is fortunate enough to have a super power that enables her to explain complex processes in such a way that the virtual audience stays engaged and energized – in fact, we enjoyed the course so much we stayed for longer than the 3 hours we usually stay when evaluating virtual training.  

As part of the Trusted Virtual Trainer evaluation we also analyze customer feedback and gather client references about virtual trainers.  This is an important part of the evaluation because the feelings that customers have after they experience learning is perhaps the ultimate indicator of success for training professionals. 

We ended up checking the scores for Beyond 20’s customer feedback 4 times because they were so high.  In addition to this we collected client references from a wide range of corporate training buyers from companies and government organizations, we talked to some of them on the phone too.  Everyone (without exception) was extremely happy with the training experiences from Erika and Beyond20, and said they are looking forward to attending another course at some point.
