The Problem Was, It Was Impossible To Know Who Provides The Best Professional Training.
There was no independent benchmark to prove quality and every training vendor promised they are the best.
So We Designed A Robust, Fair & Consistent Scoring Methodology…It Was Really Difficult.
Customer feedback is the only way to truly gauge quality and success, so we designed a way to aggregate verified customer feedback in the training industry and measure trustworthiness.
We Called It "The Trusted Training Radar".
Designed By Craig Kilford (Co-Author of Management of Portfolios) and Approved By 17 Industry Experts.
The Trusted Training Radar is a robust, fair and consistent scoring methodology that is at the heart of the Course Conductor rating and accreditation systems.
The Trusted Training Radar aggregates and calculates verified customer review data gathered from various trusted sources including course evaluations, client interviews, client references, verified customer reviews, and both virtual and in-person course evaluations.

Then We Invited Industry Experts And Authors To Review The Scoring Methodology, And Formed The Independent Advisor Board.
Independent Advisory Board.
Course Conductor’s Independent Advisory Board is a volunteer group of experts representing the United Kingdom, Australia, Switzerland, United States, and Canada. Members include expert practitioners, authors of the world’s most widely adopted project management standards; and notable leaders from the professional learning arena.
The role of the Independent Advisory Board is specifically quality assurance. All Members have reviewed and approved the detailed scoring methodology that powers the Trusted Training Radar® Accreditation Standard.
After The Scoring Methodology Was Approved We Had To Design A Way For The Best To Stand Out From The Crowd.
We created two accreditation standards for the best training vendors, and two accreditation standards the best individual trainers.

Course Conductor Trusted credential identifies which training vendors deliver excellent virtual and eLearning course formats.

Course Conductor Trusted Trainer
Earners of the Trusted Trainer credential have been independently evaluated by Course Conductor. Verified Customers have confirmed the Trainer delivers the highest quality training experiences that consistently achieve targeted learning outcomes and learner satisfaction.
Only applicants with a valid Trust Token will be considered.
Course Conductor Trusted Virtual Trainer
Earners of the Trusted Virtual Trainer credential have been independently evaluated by Course Conductor. Verified Customers and a Course Conductor Virtual Training Assessor have confirmed the Virtual Trainer delivers the highest quality training experiences, that consistently achieve targeted learning outcomes and learner satisfaction.
